Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using any of the games or services provided by Aged Studio Limited (hereinafter referred to as "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using our games, websites, mobile applications, or any other platform where our services are available (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy, which are accessible via Privacy Policy.
Please review these Terms and Privacy Policy carefully before using our Services. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our games and Services.

You should be aware that there are certain things that Aged Studio Limited will not take responsibility for. Certain functions of our Services will require the app or website to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi, or provided by your mobile network provider, but Aged Studio Limited cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you don’t have access to Wi-Fi, and you don’t have any of your data allowance left.
If you’re using the our Services outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that your terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the our Services, or other third party charges. In using the our Services, you’re accepting responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the our Services outside of your home territory (i.e. region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you’re using our Services, please be aware that we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer for using our Services. Along the same lines, Aged Studio Limited cannot always take responsibility for the way you use our Services i.e. You need to make sure that your device stays charged – if it runs out of battery and you can’t turn it on to avail the Service, Aged Studio Limited cannot accept responsibility.
The materials within our Services are provided on an 'as is' basis. Aged Studio Limited makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
Further, Aged Studio Limited does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to our Services.
In no event shall Aged Studio Limited or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use our Services, even if Aged Studio Limited or a Aged Studio Limited authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
We store and processe personal data that you have provided to us, in order to provide our Services. It’s your responsibility to keep your phone and access to our Services secure. We therefore recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. It could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your phone’s security features and it could mean that the our Services won’t work properly or at all.
The materials appearing in our Services could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Aged Studio Limited does not warrant that any of the materials on our Services are accurate, complete or current. Aged Studio Limited may make changes to the materials contained in our Services at any time without notice. However Aged Studio Limited does not make any commitment to update the materials.
Aged Studio Limited has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its app, websites or pages,and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Aged Studio Limited of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

With respect to Aged Studio Limited’s responsibility for your use of our Services, when you’re using the our Services, it’s important to bear in mind that although we endeavour to ensure that it is updated and correct at all times, we do rely on third parties to provide information to us so that we can make it available to you. Aged Studio Limited accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the app.

At some point, we may wish to update the our games. Our games currently available on Android & iOS – the requirements for both systems (and for any additional systems we decide to extend the availability of the app to) may change, and you’ll need to download the updates if you want to keep using the app. Aged Studio Limited does not promise that it will always update the app so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the Android & iOS version that you have installed on your device. However, you promise to always accept updates to the application when offered to you. We may also wish to stop providing our Services, and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using our games, and (if needed) delete it from your device.

Our Services consist of works and intellectual property owned by the company and/or its licensors, including but not limit to games, images, trademarks, and logos (collectively the "Content"). This Content is protected under trademark, copyright, and other applicable laws.
Upon using our Services under these Terms, we grant users a limited, personal, non-transferable, and non-assignable license to use the Services and the Content therein for gaming services, enjoyment, and entertainment purposes only. We reserve the right to terminate access to the our Services for any user determined to be a "repeat infringer" without prior notification. Additionally, we do not interfere with standard technical measures copyright owners use to protect their materials.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
We reserves the right to assign, transfer, or delegate any of its rights or obligations under these Terms of Service, including but not limited to the Terms and Privacy Policy, to any third party or affiliate at any time to support our Services, with or without the user's consent. However, users are not permitted to assign or transfer their rights or obligations under these Terms of Service without obtaining prior written consent from Aged Studio Limited. Any attempted assignment or transfer without such consent shall be deemed void.
This Terms of Service, together with any other policies or rules referenced herein, constitutes the entire agreement between you and us concerning the use of our Services. This agreement overrides any prior electronic, oral, or written agreements, whether established by custom, practice, policy, or precedent, between you and Aged Studio Limited.
We are committed to ensuring that our Services are as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the our Services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the Services without making it very clear to you exactly what you’re paying for.
We may revise or update our Terms and Conditions for our Services from time to time without notice. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
